My journey begun over 20 years ago when I decided to leave my office cubicle and a 9 to 5 job to pursue my hobby and passion.
I started off as a freelance personal trainer for Fitness First in London and a group fitness
instructor ( HIIT, Spin Classes and TRX ) for various gyms and as I developed more experience, knowledge and certifications I moved into the more professional zone of physical preparation, specifically in professional football where I worked with top-tier
clubs in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Romania and the UK – including most recently
Rapid Bucharest, Gaziantep FK, Al-Raed, Al-Shabab, Yeni Malatyaspor, CFR Cluj
and Rizespor.
As head of the sports science department I was responsible for
the senior teams seeking constantly to improve their physical performance
implementing a progressive periodised training programme coupled with nutrition
and supplementation strategies aimed at increasing the athletes performance and
reducing injury risks.
